About Me page.

| Subscriber is already logged in |
- Subscriber can go to the Your Account page and click on Change Password.
- The subscriber will receive an email to reset their password.

- From the login page, click on the I forgot how to log in button.
- The subscriber can then contact their newspaper administrator to have their password reset.
- The subscriber will receive an email to reset their password.

- Return to the login page and click on the I forgot how to log in button to retrieve their newspaper administrator contact information
- The subscriber will receive an email to reset their password.
